Bartolomé T Carvajal holds a double degree in Law & Political Science and Public Administration, and a Master’s degree in International Relations. He has worked for the Embassy of Spain to the US or the Inter-American Development Bank. Next year he will be studying a Master’s degree in European Political and Governance Studies in Bruges.
