Astrid Viaud is a Doctor in Political and Social Sciences from the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL), specialist in the economic sanctions adopted by the United Nations Security Council, the United States, and the European Union, from their legal and geopolitical angles, and their application in particular vis-à-vis Myanmar, Syria, Russia and the development of the nuclear program of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
