Training Overview

Brussels Academy which equips professionals with skills that will facilitate their access to the job market via structured training sessions and mentorship programs. Within this scope, a professional training session on fundraising from individual donors is being offered in cooperation with Vocal Europe.

The training aims at providing a thorough understanding of the essentials of how to identify, engage and steward individual donors to support the mission and vision of your organisation.

At the end of the training session, the newly trained participants will be able to:

  • Formulate and present appealing argumentation to individual donors
  • Design and implement fundraising campaigns targeting individual donors
  • Set up and operate basic processes of donor management and communications

This training session aims to provide participants with the expertise required to apply for the following positions:

  • CEOs responsible for resource mobilization
  • Beginning fundraisers and development staff
  • Project managers and/or other staff in charge of working with donors
  • Board members and other volunteers involved in donor relations

Target Audience

The training is designed for NGOs, community and volunteer groups, movements, social entrepreneurs and innovators, educational and cultural institutions, students and individuals who have decided to engage individual donors to support their cause.

When

The training will be taking place on 22 February 2022 and 23 February 2022.

Certificate
