Elena de Rouvroy recently graduated from a Master’s Degree in International Security from Sciences Po Paris. Before joining Vocal Europe, she interned at the French Permanent Representation to NATO and at the French Ministry of Defence. Her research interests focus on defence and security matters, conflict prevention and disarmament. She is fluent in French, English and Italian.
