Manuel Ballotta holds a Master of Science in Political Science: European and International Governance from the Vrije Universiteit Brussels. His research interests include the EU’s relations with great powers and Africa, and its global leadership in the promotion of democracy, human rights, and the fight against climate change. He previously studied in Malta, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in international relations. Manuel is fluent in Italian and English and is currently working towards an intermediate level of French.
